Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to join our team.

The primary responsibility is to convert rental inquiries into successful bookings by assisting prospective tenants throughout their property visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential leads.
• Invite prospects for property site visits.
• Welcome and assist customers during their visit.
• Showcase available rental units within the same building.
• Explain property features, amenities, pricing, and rental terms.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options.
• Build trust with customers and convert inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
