Assembly Machine Operator

An Assembly Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining assembly machines used in the manufacturing process. The role involves assembling components, ensuring product quality, meeting production targets, and following safety and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor assembly machines according to standard operating procedures.

Load raw materials and components into machines.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Perform routine machine setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance.

Identify and report machine malfunctions or production issues.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Keep the work area clean and organized by following 5S practices.

Adhere to workplace safety policies and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Work with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production goals.

Minimize material waste and ensure efficient machine operation.
