We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain & Warehouse Management System Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Supply Chain and Warehouse Management module within Dynamics 365

• Strong bilingual communication skills in Japanese (preferably JLPT/NAT N3 or above) to effectively interact with Japanese clients and stakeholders. 
• Ability to clearly articulate requirements, issues, and solutions in both Japanese and English across cross-functional teams. 
• Strong command over both languages to influence key stakeholders through business acumen, technical
•  understanding, and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment. 
• Prior experience in managing expectations and driving alignment between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and global teams. 
• Ability to understand functional and technical requirements in Japanese and deliver as per client expectations through effective communication 
• Experience working in Japan or with Japan-based clients or team is an added advantage.
• Lead or support the implementation of D365 SCM & WMS solutions for clients.  
• Analyze and document supply chain and warehouse processes and translate them into D365 configurations.  
• Configure and customize the SCM including WMS module to meet specific business requirements.  
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant field
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions
• MSD certification and JLPT ( N1, N2 and N3)
