Assistant Manager - Workday Data Conversion Lead

Roles & Responsibilities: Data Conversion Consultant

• Analyze data and apply critical thinking on data mining and reporting requests. Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to more complex data analysis.
• Assist customers with their data extract, explaining the conversion process, defining data requirements, and working with them to correct data in their legacy systems and prepare for the data conversion cycle.
• Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries 
• Responsible for client deliverables of medium-high complexity work with quality check
• Engage in pre-sales activities, client POCs 
• Use Consulting skills, business knowledge, and Workday expertise to elevate and realize success in the client’s Workday journey.
• Engage with Project Manager, Onshore Lead and Clients to understand the Project Scope and manage the workstream

 

Certifications

• Workday HCM Core or Financials Core (Required)
• Workday HCM /Financials Practical - Iload (Required)
• Workday Specialization Certification is an added advantage
• Advanced Data Conversion Certification is an added advantage.

 

Experience & Background 

• Qualification should be BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA/MCA.

•    Candidate should have 7-9 years of experience in IT

• Ability to collaborate with users from different regions and able to communicate effectively
• Professional Experience of at least 3 years as Workday Conversion Consultant/developer
• Should have experience in at least 2 complete project lifecycles in a data conversion role.
• Proven track record as a collaborative team player, able to work in a cross functional project team and collaborate to deliver to ambitious timelines

 

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience in implementing configuring and supporting Workday HCM for global rollouts. 

•       Experience in leading Workday Data Conversion projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Workday applications 

•  Experience using Workday Advanced Load/ EIB/ for Data Conversion 

•     Should have experience in using Customer Central extensively. Should have hands on experience Tenant compare, Configuration migration, OX 2.0 and DART Reports migration.

•    Should have worked on configuring P0 tenant using WD setup

•    Experience in loading the worker data for various workstreams

•    Experience in resolving technical issues in the conversion process

• Experience in MS Excel/Access/Macros are added advantage
