Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of Sales Consultants.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on all enquiries generated through walk-ins, digital platforms, referrals, and campaigns.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and monitor sales activities.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of Sales Consultants.
- Ensure proper lead management through CRM and timely updates.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Registration teams for seamless vehicle deliveries.
- Monitor daily showroom footfall, enquiry conversion, booking, retail, and delivery performance.
- Prepare and present sales MIS reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OEM guidelines, and dealership processes.
- Plan and execute sales events, promotional campaigns, and corporate sales activities.
- Build relationships with corporate clients and key customers to generate business
