Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Accountant and Purchase Executive. This dual-role position offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in both finance and procurement functions. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles and a keen interest in handling purchase-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and Bookkeeping.

Maintain records of receipts and payments.

Help with bank reconciliations and petty cash handling.

Prepare and verify bills, invoices, and financial documents.

Assist in GST filings, TDS entries, and monthly reports under guidance.

Purchase:

Assist in sourcing materials from vendors as per company requirements.

Compare quotations and negotiate prices.

Maintain accurate purchase records and update internal systems

Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and documentation.

Coordinate with stores and inventory teams for stock updates.

Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of goods.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of accounting and finance.

Knowledge of MS Excel, and MS Office.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize duties.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
