Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior SAP Ariba Consultant to join our growing implementation and support team. In this role, you will start your career in enterprise procurement by learning and working hands-on with the SAP Ariba suite. Under the guidance of senior consultants, you will assist in the configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of Ariba solutions (such as Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Supplier Lifecycle Management).

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about supply chain technology, digital transformation, and cloud-based ERP solutions to build a strong foundation in SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• System Configuration & Support: Assist senior team members in configuring SAP Ariba modules to meet client or internal business requirements.
• Requirement Gathering: Shadow senior consultants during workshops to help document business processes, technical requirements, and functional specifications.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in testing cycles (Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing) by creating and executing test scripts and logging defects.
• User Support & Training: Provide basic day-to-day troubleshooting and Level 1 support for end-users facing issues within the Ariba Network. Assist in creating training manuals and documentation.
• Data Management: Help manage master data uploads, catalog enablement, and supplier onboarding processes.
• Continuous Learning: Actively participate in internal training and shadow projects to build deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) business processes.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of procurement fundamentals, supply chain operations, or the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical mindset for understanding complex business workflows.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). A quick learner who is comfortable navigating new software and cloud platforms.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

• Prior internship experience in supply chain, IT consulting, or procurement.
• Basic exposure to or academic knowledge of SAP ERP (specifically SAP MM - Materials Management) or any other procurement software.
• Completion of any introductory SAP Ariba training or an SAP Global Certification.
• Familiarity with basic database concepts or SQL.
