Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Audiologist to assess, diagnose, and manage hearing and balance disorders in patients of all age groups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting diagnostic hearing evaluations, fitting and programming hearing aids, providing counseling, and delivering patient-centered hearing care services.
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive hearing and balance assessments using standard audiological procedures
- Perform diagnostic tests including Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA), Tympanometry, OAE, BERA/ABR, and Speech Audiometry
- Diagnose hearing disorders and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Fit, program, adjust, and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devices
- Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss, hearing conservation, and rehabilitation options
- Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with ENT specialists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and healthcare standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BASLP / MASLP / Au.D in Audiology/DHLS
Valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration preferre
Strong knowledge of audiological testing equipment and hearing aid technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred SkillsStrong diagnostic and analytical abilities
- Patient counseling and relationship management
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and reporting
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Prior clinical or hospital experience will be an added advantage
