Audit Assistant

Job PurposeThe primary responsibility of the Auditor is to follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and accurately count stock piece by piece using a barcode scanning device or Android mobile.

• Follow the company's Stock Audit SOP without deviation.
• Count inventory piece by piece to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Scan barcodes using an Android mobile device or barcode scanner.
• Verify that the scanned item matches the physical product.
• Report any damaged, missing, excess, or unidentified stock to the Team Leader.
• Ensure all counted quantities are entered accurately in the audit application.
• Maintain discipline, honesty, and confidentiality during the audit.
• Complete assigned audit work within the scheduled time.
• RequirementsMinimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
• Basic knowledge of using an Android mobile phone.
• Ability to read barcode labels and identify products.
• Willing to travel and work at different client locations.
• Physically fit to stand and perform stock counting for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• No prior audit experience required; training will be provided.
