Job DescriptionBDO India LLP is looking for an Analyst – Audit Executive to join its Vendor Due Diligence & Audit team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Vendor Due Diligence, Internal Audit, Compliance Audit, or Third-Party Risk Management and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct vendor due diligence assessments before onboarding and periodically thereafter.
• Perform vendor audits using standardized audit checklists.
• Review vendor agreements, confidentiality clauses, and compliance documents.
• Assess legal, regulatory, financial, and operational risks.
• Validate supporting documents and maintain audit records.
• Prepare audit reports with observations and recommendations.
• Track closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Compliance, Legal, Information Security, and vendors.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with vendors for required documents.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Experience Required2–4 years in Vendor Due Diligence, Internal Audit, Compliance Audit, Vendor Risk Management, or Operational Risk.
• Banking or Financial Services experience will be preferred.
