Job Description
Garve Hyundai Wakad is hiring Service Advisors and Automobile Technicians to join our service team.
Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain service estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely repairs.
- Update customers on repair progress and delivery timelines.
- Promote maintenance packages and value-added services.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Automobile Technician Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues.
- Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and inspections.
- Repair engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and electrical systems.
- Use diagnostic equipment and follow Hyundai service standards.
- Complete repairs within the standard turnaround time while maintaining quality.
- Report additional repair requirements to the Service Advisor.
- Candidate Requirements1–5 years of experience in the automobile industry preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valid driving license preferred.
