Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager from the Automobile Industry who can manage overall branch operations, spare parts management, vendor coordination, team leadership, and client relationships. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of automobile systems and spare parts, along with proven management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily branch operations and achieve business targets.

• Manage spare parts inventory, stock planning, and availability.

• Coordinate with spare part vendors and negotiate pricing and delivery timelines.

• Lead and motivate sales, service, and spare parts teams.

• Manage key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer escalations and improve service quality.

• Monitor branch performance and submit MIS reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

• Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving inventory.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of automobile systems and spare parts.

• Experience in vendor and inventory management.

• Team handling and leadership skills.

• Client management and communication skills are important.

•Excellent leadership and management skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the branch.

Preferred Profile:

• 1–3 years of experience in Automobile industry.

• Experience in branch operations.
