Job Description
We have received approval to recruit 8 Sales Executives who will work dedicatedly on growing FWS accounts in the locations below. They will cover (MASS) Maruti Authorised Service Centre, Jawa, Tata, Suzuki, Renault and Triumph service centres.

WOW (Way of Working) – Customer Acquisition Focus
Objective:
Drive new customer acquisition and new business pipeline in FWS strategic segments.
1. Prospect Identification & Pipeline Creation (≈3 hrs/day)
· Identify new customers through cold calling, OEM references, and local leads
· Map potential SoW opportunities and qualify prospects
· Maintain a healthy new business pipeline
2. Customer Visits & Opportunity Development (≈3–4 hrs/day)
· Visit 2–3 new prospects daily
· Engage with shopfloor, maintenance, and purchase teams to identify opportunities
· Present value proposition and product solutions
3. Trials & Conversion (≈1–2 hrs/day)
· Initiate and monitor product trials with new customers
· Collect feedback from shopfloor stakeholders
· Drive trial-to-commercial conversion
4. Market & Competitor Intelligence (≈1 hr/day)
· Capture competitor activity, pricing trends, and product insights
· Share Voice of Customer insights with internal teams.
✅ Primary Focus:
· 70% New Customer Acquisition
· 20% Trials & Conversion
· 10% Market Intelligence & Reporting
Resource Need to Travel Local and Outstation also.
Resource Selection Criteria
· The resource selection will be managed by the Local B2B – Regional Manager (RM).
· The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Automotive industry.
· A technical qualification (engineering or relevant technical background) will be an added advantage.
· We can approach Service Managers working in Authorised workshops as they possess both technical knowledge and insight into service centre operations.
