AWS DataOps Senior Lead Software Engineer

○ Strong proficiency in AWS DataOps (Athena / Redshift / Dynamo DB / Glue / EMR / Lakeformation) ○ Solid DevOps experience in AWS (Lambda / API Gateway / ECS / Batch / SNS SQS / Cloud Formation / CDK). ○ Proficiency In Software Engineering (design API and micro-services) ○ Experience with AWS SysOp (IAM / Network / VPC / SecuGroup, Security / Route 53 / ACM) ○ Experience in Software Engineering (Python / Pytest / Fast API) ○ Experience in Bash & Linux, Docker ○ Experience in Git, Versioning, GitOps / GitLab, CI/CD ○ Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in AWS and Data Ops ○ Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Location Specific- PUNE ○ Effective communication and collaboration across teams and external stakeholders. ○ Commitment to cross-functional success, recognizing that enabling other teams is as important as individual product productivity. ○ Production-ready mindset with a focus on non-regression ○ Proven experience working within an Agile team and organization ○ Good analytical & problem-solving skills to align technology solutions with business objectives. ○ Emotional intelligence and conflict resolution for maintaining a positive work environment. ○ Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, modern and efficient cloud software solutions. ○ Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of the code across all platform components. ○ Monitor and troubleshoot the performance and reliability of the data platform. ○ Maintain technical consistency and coherence across all developed repositories and products. ○ Provide guidance and support to other team members in their development efforts. ○ Foster a strong development & pair programming culture within the team.
