Job Title: Back Office Executive
Location:Pune
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Day Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry and maintain company records
- Prepare Excel reports, MIS reports, and documentation
- Manage emails and internal communication
- Verify and update customer or company data
- Maintain files, invoices, and office documents
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations teams
- Support day-to-day administrative activities
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to learn and work in a team
Eligibility Criteria:
- 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate can apply
- Freshers are welcome
- Basic computer knowledge required
