Job Description
- Job Title: Back Office Executive🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & DocumentationMaintain accurate records, databases, and files (physical & digital)
- Perform data entry, verification, and regular updates in systems (ERP/Excel/Tally)
- Administrative & Accounts SupportAssist in day-to-day office operations and coordination between departments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS as required
- Billing & CoordinationGenerate invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
- Coordinate with accounts, sales, and vendors for documentation and approvals
- Communication HandlingManage emails, calls, and internal communication
- Follow up with clients/vendors for pending documents or payments
- Compliance & Record KeepingEnsure proper filing of documents related to GST, invoices, dispatch, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company records
- Order & Dispatch SupportTrack orders, maintain dispatch records, and coordinate logistics if required
- 🔹 Specific RequirementsEducation:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration or relevant field
- Experience:
- 0–3 years in back office, admin, or accounts support role
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP systems preferred
- Basic understanding of billing and accounting processes
- Core Competencies:Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Basic financial and documentation understanding
- Other Requirements:Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment
- High level of integrity and data confidentiality
- 🔹 Optional Add-ons (if relevant to your company)Knowledge of GST documentation and invoicing
- Experience in handling vendor coordination
- Familiarity with CRM or internal management systems
