Job Title: Back Office Executive

Department: Operations / Administration

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will manage data entry, documentation, record maintenance, reporting, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and documents.
  • Perform accurate data entry and data verification.
  • Prepare reports, MIS, and operational documents.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, HR, and other departments.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and internal communication.
  • Manage filing systems and document control processes.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork.
  • Monitor and track operational activities and deadlines.
  • Assist in inventory, billing, and customer support-related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in back-office operations or administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong data management and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
