Barista

Summary : We are looking for an experienced and energetic Barista to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, is passionate about coffee and enjoys working with people.

Roles and Responsibilities : 

• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, like coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or tea

• Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them

• Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products

• Provide customers with product details, like coffee blend or preparation descriptions.

• Demonstrate the use of retail equipment, like espresso machines.

• Provide training to junior members of the team

• Clean or sanitize Barista station, utensils, or equipment

• Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to make sure proper functioning.

• Your performance would be reviewed as per the Company’s Performance Management System.

Qualifications : 

(Only for Experienced Coffee Makers)

• At least 1+ year in the coffee service industry
• Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts
• Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service
• Tidy and self-disciplined
• Detailed-oriented and passionate about product quality
