Job Description
We are looking for vibrant, energetic youngsters to join our cinema crew as Theater Associates in a dynamic, full-time role featuring weekly rotational shifts. In this position, you will be the face of our cinema—handling ticketing and concession billing, managing customer queries with a smile, and providing premium on-seat food and beverage service inside the halls. Because weekends are our busiest and most exciting showtimes, working Saturdays and Sundays is required, and you will receive one fixed day off during the weekday. In return for your hard work and enthusiasm, we offer a fantastic benefits package that includes 18 paid leaves, 7 sick leaves, and 7 casual leaves annually, along with performance-based monthly incentives of up to ₹2,000 and 3 free movie tickets every month so you can catch the latest blockbusters!
