Job Description

  • Prepare and verify client RA bills and contractor bills.
  • Measure quantities from drawings and site work.
  • Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.
  • Maintain billing records, work progress reports, and payment tracking.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and accounts teams.
  • Verify subcontractor work quantities before processing payments.
  • Prepare variation orders, extra item statements, and reconciliation reports.
  • Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
  • Ensure billing complies with contract terms and project specifications.
  • Support project documentation and audit requirements.
