Branch Sales Manager – Real EstateRoles & Responsibilities1. Sales ManagementAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when required.Ensure effective lead management and conversion.2. Team LeadershipRecruit, train, and mentor sales executives and team leaders.Assign sales targets and monitor team productivity.Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.Motivate the team to achieve business objectives.3. Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities and market segments.Build relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.Expand the branch's customer base and market presence.Generate referrals and repeat business.4. Customer Relationship ManagementMeet key clients and high-value prospects.Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.Resolve customer concerns and escalations promptly.Maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.5. Branch OperationsOversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.Maintain compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.Coordinate with marketing, CRM, finance, and legal teams.Ensure proper documentation and record management.6. Market AnalysisTrack competitor activities and market trends.Analyze customer preferences and buying behavior.Recommend pricing and promotional strategies.Provide market intelligence to senior management.7.
