Branch OperationsOversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.Maintain compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.Coordinate with marketing, CRM, finance, and legal teams.Ensure proper documentation and record management.6. Market AnalysisTrack competitor activities and market trends.Analyze customer preferences and buying behavior.Recommend pricing and promotional strategies.Provide market intelligence to senior management.7.
