Brand Manager

We are hiring a Brand Manager (Creative & Brand Communication Manager) based in Pune to lead the development and execution of brand strategy, creative direction, and communication across all platforms. This role is ideal for a high-impact marketing professional who can build strong brand positioning, drive creative campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging across digital and offline channels. The Brand Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing brand frameworks, leading content and campaign strategy, and managing design and content teams to deliver high-quality, result-oriented creative outputs. The role requires close collaboration with marketing and business teams to support lead generation, improve brand visibility, and strengthen customer recall. Key responsibilities include developing brand guidelines, executing integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all communication touchpoints, and aligning branding initiatives with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in branding, creative strategy, or marketing communication, with a proven track record of leading campaigns and managing creative teams. Strong skills in brand storytelling, content strategy, and creative direction are essential, along with the ability to think strategically while executing at speed. Candidates with an MBA in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Branding will be preferred.
