Summary:
As a Business Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business processes, capturing high-level requirements, and defining innovative business solutions. You will translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, supporting transformation initiatives by developing compelling business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects. Your role will require collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities, ultimately driving successful outcomes for the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation that outlines business processes and solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire PolicyCenter.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
- Experience in developing business cases and project proposals.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in GuideWire PolicyCenter.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
