Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our education team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counselling prospective students, promoting educational programs, and driving admissions through effective communication and sales strategies.
- Key Responsibilities:Reach out to prospective students through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Counsel students regarding courses, programs, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Generate leads through outbound/inbound sales activities.
- Convert leads into successful admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses/programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and education events when required.
- Required Skills:Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools/MS Excel
