Business Development Executive – Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Telecaller (B2B Industrial Sales)Company: Airtech Solutions

Airtech Solutions is a leading supplier of industrial air compressor spare parts and an Authorized Distributor of MANN Filters. We provide filtration and maintenance solutions to manufacturing industries, infrastructure companies, power plants, cement, steel, mining, automotive, pharmaceuticals, food processing, textiles, and engineering companies across India.
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to strengthen our inside sales team by generating business opportunities and supporting our field sales activities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, telecalling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online research.
- Identify decision-makers in manufacturing industries, infrastructure companies, EPC contractors, OEMs, and industrial plants.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective institutional customers.
- Schedule appointments and qualified meetings for the field sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable MANN Filters, air compressor spare parts, and industrial maintenance products.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending proposals.
- Generate leads from industrial directories, online portals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with customers regarding technical information, pricing, deliveries, and documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers for repeat business and cross-selling.
- Update daily activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, appointments, and business conversion.

- Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English speaking and understanding is an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable talking to customers over phone.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to build good relationships with customers.
- Comfortable making cold calls and following up with customers.
- Basic knowledge of using a computer, email, and Microsoft Office is sufficient (training will be provided).
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain regular follow-ups.
