• Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and client acquisition.
• Promote awareness of the company's financial products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable need-based financial solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (12th Pass candidates with strong sales skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation abilities.
