Business Development Associate (BDA) – Native | Urban Company
Location: Pune / Mumbai
Work Mode: Field Visits
Joining: Immediate
Work Week: 6 Days (Mandatory)
About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Pune & Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving partner engagement, conducting field activities, and generating business opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to engage with partners.
- Train and onboard partners on processes and best practices.
- Generate and nurture business leads via visits & calls.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Must own a laptop.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
- Performance Bonus: Incentives based on performance
