Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Visit target businesses in Pune/PCMC (clinics, interior studios, coaching centres, travel agencies)
  • Generate leads through cold visits, referrals, and local networking
  • Give basic pitches and schedule discovery calls with you or your presales team
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a lead tracker (Google Sheet or CRM)
  • Achieve monthly meeting and closure targets


Ideal Profile:

  • 0–2 years experience in field sales (real estate, insurance, FMCG, edtech all translate well)
  • Local Pune/PCMC candidate with own two-wheeler
  • Confident communicator in Marathi + Hindi (English a bonus)
  • Comfortable with targets and daily reporting

  • Experienced: ₹20K–28K fixed + performance incentive
