Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to drive sales through outbound calling and client interaction. The role involves generating leads, pitching services, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads Explain company services (GST, VPOB, Account Management services) to clients Handle inside sales process from lead generation to closure Follow up with interested prospects and maintain sales pipeline Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM Build and maintain strong client relationships Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding of clients
Graduate in any discipline 6 months to 3 years experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / BPO Sales Strong communication and convincing skills Basic knowledge of sales process and customer handling
