Job Description
We are aggressively expanding our business and looking for a Business Development Lead to drive growth and revenue.
Job Purpose:The Business Development Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth and business expansion by leading the sales team, developing business strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role focuses on team performance, customer growth, and overall business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Acquisition and Key Account Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure achievement of business goals.
- Develop market expansion strategies by identifying high-potential industries, geographic regions, and growth opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Support the sales team in complex negotiations and high-value deal closures.
- Review commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and profitability of business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for customer retention, account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business planning.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews to management.
- Drive process improvements and ensure effective utilization of CRM and sales management tools.
Skills Required

- Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales, manufacturing, industrial products, or lubricant industry preferred.
- Relevant experience in Business Development or Sales leadership roles.
