Job Description
- Identify and develop new channel partners, system integrators, consultants, and corporate customers for Video Conferencing and AV solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and customer visits.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, consultants, architects, PMCs, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Video Conferencing and Audio Visual solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers based on customer requirements and company guidelines.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers, partners, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospects, customers, and partners to close sales opportunities successfully.
- Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and opportunity updates in the CRM system.
- Develop business opportunities with existing customers through cross-selling and up-selling of AV solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining company profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with technical, service, and support teams promptly.
