Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies.  Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires creating comprehensive documentation to support the implementation of new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with various business units to define product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent and fulfill business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Student Security.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable process designs.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with user and task analysis methodologies to capture detailed business needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
