This Job Role is part of Job Family "Finance, Accounting and Controlling" / Sub-Job-Family "Accounting" and includes jobs mainly accountable for bookkeeping operations, and/or for preparation of related financial statements (i.e.  balance sheet, profit & loss statement, cash flow statement and mandatory notes)

Risk & Internal Controls

1. SAP GRC Training and Data Management  
   • Undergo basic training in SAP GRC tools and systems to effectively support the Corporate Risk & Control Management Team.Learn to navigate and utilize various modules within SAP GRC
   • Assist in data entry, verification, and maintenance within SAP GRC databases.Help in ensuring data accuracy and integrity to facilitate effective risk management decisions.
2. Support in Routine Tasks and Presentation preparation :
   • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of recurring tasks and processes within SAP GRC.Offer insights and suggestions for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in utilizing SAP GRC tools and systems, if any.
   • Collaborate with the Corporate Risk & Control Management Team to prepare presentations for stakeholders.Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information to create visually engaging and informative presentations.
3. Documentation and Reporting and Cross- Functional Collaboration :
   • Assist in the documentation of risk management processes, internal controls, and compliance activities.Support in generating reports and summaries from SAP GRC for management review and decision-making.
   • Collaborate with other departments as needed to gather information and support cross-functional risk management initiatives.Engage in knowledge sharing and learning opportunities to broaden understanding of risk management practices.

 

 

Your Profile as CA -Industrial Trainee 

• Cleared 2nd Level (IPCC/Intermediate) exams of Chartered Accountancy
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
• Fluent in Business English
