Job Description
Need to know basic things like how to follow sops and work skills
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food preparation, portioning, and presentation to maintain taste and quality consistency.
Demonstrate core culinary and work skills to prepare menu items efficiently during operation hours.
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and strict hygiene standards across the kitchen workspace and food storage areas.
Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels of raw materials and ingredients daily.
Ensure kitchen equipment and appliances are handled safely and maintained in good working condition.
