Job Description

Profile: BPO Telecaller -Outbound Process

Job Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Communicate clearly in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Min. 12th Pass / Any Graduate
  • Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates both can apply
  • Basic computer knowledge required
  • Avg. communication skills in Marathi & Hindi (English - basic level acceptable)
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 12,200 - 16,000 Inhand
