Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and driven Career Counsellors to join our Sales & Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals who want to build a meaningful career in the education sector while directly impacting students' lives.
As a Career Counsellor, you will be the primary point of contact for students and parents — guiding them through course selection, career planning, and the admission journey from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on academic programs, career options, and course suitability
- Conduct psychometric and aptitude assessments to understand student strengths and interests
- Develop personalized academic and career plans tailored to each student's goals
- Handle end-to-end admission process including follow-ups, documentation, and enrolment
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets consistently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and information sessions for student engagement
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and provide timely MIS reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant programs to students
Who Can Apply:
- Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- Candidates with background in: Counselling | Sales | BPO | Tele Calling | Education | Ed-tech
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
- Self-motivated individuals with a target-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment
