Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver (Home Care) Organization: TIIS
Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview TIIS is seeking compassionate and trained Caregivers to provide quality in-home care services to patients across age groups. The role involves assisting patients with daily activities, basic medical support, and ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at home.
- Key Responsibilities Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support in mobility and patient handling (bed transfer, walking assistance, positioning)
- Monitor and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, etc.)
- Administer basic medications as prescribed (under supervision if required)
- Provide post-operative care and support for chronic illness patients
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the patient’s surroundings
- Assist with feeding and nutrition support
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families
- Report patient condition updates to supervisors or family members
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: GDA / ANM / GNM
- Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers with training can also apply)
Required SkillsMedical Skills:
- Basic patient care and hygiene management
- Vital signs monitoring
- Understanding of elderly and bedridden patient care
- Infection control practices
Behavioral Skills:
- Compassion and empathy
- Patience and emotional stability
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language preferred)
- Reliability and professional conduct
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & location)
