Chef De Partie

Taampopo is looking for passionate, driven, and skilled Chef de Parties to join our opening team. We're building a kitchen culture focused on excellence, teamwork, consistency, and growth.

• What We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Strong experience working with and operating a wok station.
• Ability to lead a section independently and maintain high standards during service.
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate junior team members.
• Strong understanding of food quality, consistency, hygiene, and kitchen organization.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset.
• ResponsibilitiesManage and operate your assigned kitchen section efficiently.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to Taampopo standards.
• Lead and support commis chefs and junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with inventory control, prep planning, and stock management.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
