Chef de Partie (Continental Cuisine)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Chef de Partie to manage our Continental section at Burger Craft Aundh, Pune. The person will be in charge of daily food preparation, cooking, and maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

You should be able to handle orders smoothly during rush hours and support the kitchen team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook Continental dishes as per recipes and SOPs
• Handle one section independently (grill / pasta / sauce / salads / mains etc.)
• Ensure taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes
• Follow portion control and reduce wastage
• Prepare mise-en-place before service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your section
• Check stock levels and inform senior chefs for ordering
• Store food properly (FIFO method)
• Follow food safety and kitchen safety standards
• Work closely with Commis and helpers
• Support during busy hours and special events
• Skills RequiredGood knowledge of Continental cuisine (pasta, grills, sauces, steaks, salads, breakfast items, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Fast and organized working style
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player with positive attitude
• Basic English or Hindi communication
• Experience & Qualification2–5 years experience in Continental kitchen
• Hotel management diploma/certificate preferred (not compulsory if experienced)
