Chef Trainer

We are hiring a Chef Trainer / Culinary Training Manager for Cafe Arabia.

This is NOT a regular chef role.

Your main responsibility is to train staff and build a strong SOP-based kitchen system.

We follow an assembly model (like McDonald’s / Subway) where food is consistent, fast, and not dependent on individual chefs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTrain kitchen staff across multiple outlets
• Ensure strict SOP and recipe adherence
• Standardize food taste, portion, and presentation
• Train team on equipment (ovens, grills, etc.)
• Conduct audits and retraining where required
• Improve kitchen efficiency and consistency
• Requirements4–8 years experience in kitchen / QSR
• Experience in training or team handling preferred
• Strong understanding of bulk cooking & standardization
• Comfortable travelling across Pune
• Languages: Hindi & Marathi required (basic English preferred)
• Work Schedule (Important)6 days working (weekly off on weekday)
• Weekend working is mandatory (Saturday & Sunday)
• Work involves visiting outlets during live operations
