Job Description
Position: Chemistry Faculty (Part-time / Full-time)
Location: Idoodle Education, Kothrud, Pune
About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Chemistry Teacher to teach Maharashtra State Board students of Classes 11 and 12. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex chemistry concepts for students preparing for board examinations as well as competitive exams.
- Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Chemistry to Class 11 & 12 Maharashtra State Board students.
- Plan and deliver engaging classroom lectures.
- Prepare study notes, assignments, and question banks.
- Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance.
- Clear students' doubts through interactive sessions.
- Focus on conceptual understanding and board exam preparation.
- Motivate students and help them improve academic performance.
- EligibilityM.Sc. in Chemistry (Preferred) / B.Sc. with relevant teaching experience.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience for Class 11 & 12.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
- Familiarity with Maharashtra State Board syllabus and exam pattern.
- Ability to use digital teaching tools and smart classrooms is an added advantage.
- Preferred SkillsExcellent classroom management.
- Strong conceptual teaching approach.
- Ability to create exam-oriented strategies.
- Punctual, professional, and student-friendly.
