We are hiring a Field Executive to promote and sell our financial service products. This is a field job involving daily customer visits, lead generation, and relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Visit potential customers in assigned areas and explain product features & benefitsIdentify and generate new sales leads through field workConvert prospects into customers and close sales effectivelyBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customersAchieve monthly sales targets set by the companySubmit accurate daily activity and sales reports to the reporting managerRequirements:Qualification: B.Com preferred. Graduates from other streams with sales experience can applyExperience: Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial product sales preferred but freshers with good skills can applySkills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsOther: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Should be comfortable with daily travelSalary & Benefits:Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month based on experiencePerks: Petrol allowance providedWork Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, 6 days a week
