Role Overview
We are looking for candidate with background of Biomedical Engineer / Biomedical Executive/ Nurses/ Home care to support our expanding operations from our Chennai Office . This role blends technical expertise, clinical support, training, and field coordination with hospitals and sales teams. The ideal candidate should be passionate about medical devices, patient care, and learning advanced technologies in obstetrics and pain management.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Clinical Support
- Provide technical support for ELLE TENS devices at hospitals and clinics
- Assist doctors, nurses, and labour room staff during device usage and demos
- Ensure correct installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of devices
- Recruit, train, mentor, and build a pan-India nursing training team.
- Create a strong nursing community aligned with Panaches mission.
- Identify potential nurse leaders and groom them into regional trainers.
- Dealer & Distributor Support
- Support dealers and distributors by:
- Conducting joint hospital visits
- Assisting in product demonstrations
- Strengthening hospital relationships through training programs
- Ensure consistent quality of training across all regions.
- Brand & Relationship Building
- Represent Panache Healthneeds professionally in hospitals, conferences, and nursing forums.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with:
- Nurses
- Doctors
- Hospital management teams
- Act as the face of nursing excellence for the Elle TENS brand.
