Job Description
Deal Closing & Negotiation: Negotiate sales agreements and manage the end-to-end closing process to convert inquiries and site visits into revenue-generating sales.Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and verify essential closing documents, including purchase agreements, title reports, and payment statements.Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact, coordinating between buyers, sellers, brokers, lenders, and legal teams to facilitate a smooth transfer.Compliance & Risk: Ensure all transactions adhere to local real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.Client Relationship: Guide clients through the final, often stressful, stages of the transaction, answering queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction
Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly booking, sales, and collection targets, often using CRM software for tracking.
Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Previous experience (often 3+ years) in real estate sales or transaction management, with a proven track record in closures Communication Excellent verbal and written skills for high-level negotiation and client
Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of legal documentation, loans, and mortgage processes.Technical Proficiency: Competence in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.Skills: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving abilities, and a "closer" mindset.
