Job Summary

Avirat Enterprise is looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to operate and monitor CNC Turning Centers for precision component manufacturing.

The candidate should have experience in production machining, tool offset corrections, quality checks, and maintaining production records.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Lathe / CNC Turning Centers independently.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
• Perform tool offset corrections and basic program adjustments.
• Conduct in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, Thread Gauges, and other measuring instruments.
• Maintain component quality as per drawing specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
• Maintain production records and inspection reports.
• Follow 5S, safety, and workplace discipline requirements.
• Minimize rejection, rework, and machine downtime.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding tooling and production issues.
• Desired SkillsAbility to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of GD&T and basic machining calculations.
• Experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, or equivalent CNC controls.
• Understanding of cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters.
• Familiarity with ISO quality requirements and documentation.

Qualification

• ITI Turner / Machinist / Fitter
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Relevant CNC Lathe operating experience required
