CNC Lathe Service Engineer
Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Job Overview:
Densus CNC is looking for a CNC Lathe Service Engineer to provide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales support for CNC machines at customer locations across Pune and nearby regions.
- ResponsibilitiesInstallation and commissioning of CNC lathe machines at customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues
- Troubleshoot CNC controllers, servo drives, motors, sensors, and machine wiring
- Perform preventive maintenance and machine health checks
- Provide operator training and machine demonstrations
- Coordinate with customers to resolve service issues efficiently
- Prepare service reports and maintain service records
- Support machine trials and customer acceptance tests
- Travel to customer locations as required
- RequirementsDiploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- 1–5 years of experience in CNC machine servicing or maintenance
- Knowledge of CNC controllers, servo systems, VFDs, sensors, and industrial electrical panels
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot machine faults
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel for field service assignments
- Preferred SkillsExperience with CNC Lathe, CNC Turning Centre,
- Hands-on experience in machine commissioning and breakdown maintenance
- Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
