Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines such as lathes, milling machines, or grinders
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs
- Input or load programs into CNC machines and ensure correct settings
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Maintain production records and report any defects or issues
- Required Skills & QualificationsBasic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code/M-code is a plus)
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in shifts
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
