Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines such as lathes, milling machines, or grinders
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs
  • Input or load programs into CNC machines and ensure correct settings
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Inspect finished products using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Maintain production records and report any defects or issues
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBasic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code/M-code is a plus)
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good physical stamina and ability to work in shifts
  • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)
