Job Description
Job Title: CNC Operator – Sheet Metal (Pipe Bending & Pipe Cutting)
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator – Sheet Metal with a minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC-operated pipe bending and pipe cutting machines. The candidate should have hands-on experience in setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines while ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Pipe Bending and Pipe Cutting machines.
- Set up machines as per production drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
- Perform machine calibration, tool changes, and minor troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier callipers, micrometres, and gauges.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and cleanliness of machines and work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet production targets.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with CNC Pipe Bending and CNC Pipe Cutting machines.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
- Basic understanding of CNC programming is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and quality standards.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or relevant trade.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sheet Metal manufacturing.
