We are a leading Debt collection agency in Pune. We are in market since past 15 years. We are Located in Chandan Nagar, Pune. We are working on banking domestic process. Our main business is in Debt collection and customer service.

Job Description

Location - Chandan Nagar

Working Days – 6 Working days (Monday to Saturday)

Process - Outbound Domestic

Age - 20 to 32 years

Education- 12th Pass / Under Graduate / Graduates

LANGUAGE- Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, English

Optional : Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Bengali, Assamee.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE-

·        Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply.

·        Contact customers and informing them of their overdue bills.

·        Advise customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.

·        Negotiate suitable payment plans.

·        Ability and willingness to deliver in high pressure environment.

·        Candidate able to handle window based application: MS Office, Excel, power point.

·        Excellent negotiating skills.

·        Utilize computer systems to handle skip tracing.

·        Willing to complete daily or monthly targets.
