We operate our own cloud kitchen near Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, delivering authentic regional Indian meals (Gujarati, Maharashtrian, North Indian) to working professionals. About This Role:

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Commi 1 / DCDP / Cook with hands-on experience in cloud kitchens or high-volume QSRs. We focus strictly on home-style regional vegetarian cooking. You will work closely with our Head Chef to prepare, cook, and pack fresh meals daily, ensuring speed, hygiene, and consistent quality.

What You Will Do:

- Cook dry/gravy sabzis, dal, rice, or rotis as per Tiffinzo recipes

- Morning Shift (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM): Kitchen setup, veg/dough prep, cooking, thali packing, lunch dispatch

- Evening Shift (3:00 PM - 8:00 PM): Dinner prep, cooking, packing, dispatch, next-day prep (chopping, grinding, dough), and closing

- Manage order prep efficiently during peak dispatch windows

- Maintain 100% pure veg hygiene and zero cross-contamination

- Assist in visual and taste checks before packaging

- Support tiffin/thali packing during dispatch hours

- Keep station, cold storage, and utensils clean (FSSAI standards)

Must Have:

- Strictly pure vegetarian personal lifestyle (non-negotiable)

- 2 to 4 years experience as Cook, Commi 1, or DCDP in cloud kitchen, catering, or commercial restaurant

- Experience with fast prep, high hygiene, portion control, and bulk packaging

- Bulk cooking skills (30-50+ servings at a time)

- Available for 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM shift (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM afternoon break)

- knowledge of North Indian, Maharashtrian, or Gujarati cuisines

Good to Have:

- Experience with packaging machinery or thali-packing lines

- FSSAI Food Safety / Food Handler Certificate

- Local resident of Pune or living near Hinjewadi

- Two-wheeler for early morning commuting

Compensation & Benefits:

- Commi 1 / Cook: Rs. 14,000 - 22,000/month

- DCDP: Rs. 22,000 - 26,000/month

- 90-day probation with monthly reviews

- Fast growth path to Chef de Partie (CDP)/Sous Chef/Head Chef as we expand across Pune.

Work Schedule: Split Shift - 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM with 2-hour afternoon break (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM).
